2023 danceshow
Independent dance creators are invited to upload an innovative and thought-provoking original work in the field of contemporary dance that will be premiered as part of the Mahol Shalem Festival events that will take place in Jerusalem on October 24 - 26, 2023. -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
Duration of creation for submission: between 15 - 90 minutes.
The selected projects will be given:

Budget grant
-
Advertising, public relations
-
Assistance in the rehearsal space
-
Artistic accompaniment
-
Technical days in the theater

The creator(s), whose proposals will be selected, will be invited to a conversation or presentation during the months of April-May 2023.
Last date for submitting proposals: 30.3.2023
Ability/s to submit: professional dance creator/s over the age of 18 working in the field.
You cannot submit those who are in academic dance studies, except for master's degree studies.
The following must be attached to the application:

Link to a video of up to 3 minutes in which the creator presents the project, and the uniqueness of its artistic proposal.

A link to an unedited video of up to 5 minutes in which the creator presents material from a rehearsal of the proposed project.

Links to watch 2 previous works of the presenter in full length (abstracts/trailers will not be accepted)
Some of the works will also be invited to perform at the showcase events as part of the International Dance Week that will take place in December 2023.
